The difference in our contracts is usually the service frequency and type of pest problem. We offer annual, weekly, monthly, and quarterly service agreements. The quarterly is by far the most popular residential pest control service agreement we have. Most commercial accounts are serviced monthly or semi-monthly with a few apartments and restaurants that are serviced weekly.
What Do Our Service Agreements Cover?
Pest control service agreements cover all types of general household pests with the exclusion of flying insects, wood-destroying insects, and bed bugs. These service agreements also include service of the perimeter of the home or business. Our termite contracts cover a home or residence against an infestation of termites only. It offers the property owner a contract that includes an initial treatment either to eliminate termites that are currently on the property and/or prevent future infestations of termites. Clark Exterminating also offers one-time service options along with bed bug treatments, and mosquito control.
